By registering for, accessing, or using the XentriPay platform via web or mobile, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
2. User Accounts
- Registration: Provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete accounts may be suspended.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- Unauthorized Access: Report any suspected misuse to info@centrika.rw.
3. User Roles
- Customer: Access personal transactions and store value.
- Merchant: Accept payments and manage customer interactions.
- Agent: Onboard merchants and verify KYC.
- Staff/Admin: Perform operational duties with role-based permissions.
4. User Obligations
- Comply with local laws and data privacy standards.
- Submit valid KYC documents as required.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform.
- Report misuse or breaches immediately to Centrika.
5. Transactions and Fees
- Fees are disclosed before confirming a transaction.
- Transactions may be reviewed or limited based on risk thresholds.
- Suspicious activity may lead to freezes or reversals.
- Limits apply based on currency regulations and wallet capacity.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
- Centrika may suspend accounts for fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations.
- Users may request account closure via support.
- Wallet balances will be settled according to internal policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content including logos, designs, software, and databases are property of Centrika Ltd. Reproduction or alteration is prohibited unless authorized.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Centrika is not liable for indirect losses or third-party failures.
- The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: Republic of Rwanda.
- Try informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
- Disputes will be handled in Rwandan courts.
10. Changes to the Terms
Centrika may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted with an effective date. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
